I recently found some episodes on Youtube, and watched a total of 4 2/3 episodes (the first third of episode 3 was deleted for some copyright reason that didn't seem to apply to the other 14 segments I watched!), before ordering a DVD set of the entire DJH run.

		+	I was 26 years old when the series debuted, thankful that my Grade 6-8 experience (1970-73) wasn't this... gritty, and I'm trying to develop a strategy for eventually showing the episodes to my daughter and sons. I will ask them questions about each episode they watch that hopefully will get them thinking critically about the way the Degrassi kids behave and not make their mistakes. My daughter's only in Grade 5 and not quite ten years old, yet, though, so it'll be at least a couple of years.
