Jake Benjamin Goldsbie (born August 8, 1988 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian actor. Jake portrayed Toby Isaacs in Degrassi: The Next Generation.

  • He is one of the four Degrassi who starred on a PBS Kids show, the others are Dylan Everett, Lyle Lettau, and Ricardo Hoyos. All of them except Lyle Lettau starred on Super Why. Instead Lettau was the voice of Alan Powers on Arthur.
  • He currently works as a screenwriter and producer and has previously worked as an editor.
  • He was friends with Jake Epstein before they worked together on Degrassi.
  • In a tweet he made on 10 February 2021, Jake hinted that Jake Epstein is one of the only Degrassi alums to still call him regularly.
  • In a zoom call, Jake claimed that Ryan Cooley decided not to appear in Aubrey "Drake" Graham's "I'm Upset" music video, which contradicts popular belief and Drake's own claim that Cooley didn't go because he thought it was a scam.
