James Hurst

James Hurst is a writer for Degrassi: The Next Generation. He is married to fellow writer, Shelley Scarrow. He has won two Writer's Guild of Canada Award for his work on Degrassi for two different episodes - the first was Pride (which he shared with Shelley Scarrow and Aaron Martin) and the second was Mercy Street (which he shared with Miklos Perlus.
