Jane (born in 1889 or 1990) is a teenager from Toronto. Her name used to be Anastacia Valieri, but she changed it to Jane. Jane was a student at Lakehurst High School until it burnt down in January 2007, while Jane was in Grade 11. The same year, Jane watched as Lakehurst had a feud with Degrassi Community School, which she ended up integrating into after the school fire. She soon became friends with Manny and Darcy and was ont he ski trip with them. Shortly after, Jane caught the attention of Spinner Mason. The two started dating, and Jane helped him through his cancer treatments. Jane is portrayed by Paula Bancati.
