Philip Nozuka was in born in 1990, is an American-Canadian actor. He is the younger brother of singers George Nozuka and Justin Nozuka. From his mother's side he is the nephew of Kyra Sedgewick and Kevin Bacon. He is of Japanese ancestry from his father's side. Was born in Queens, New York, USA. Probably best known for playing the Chester Hosada-Bloom in the hit Canadian TV series, Degrassi: The Next Generation.
