The Rivas v. Baker and Martin (R v. Baker and Martin) rape trial was filed by Zoë Rivas in 2014 against Luke Baker and Neil Martin. Baker and Martin were accused of assulting, and gang raping Rivas at a party that took place a few months prior to the trial. Rhonda Patterson represented Luke and Neil, and Danny Yegovan represented Zoë. It took place from Believe (1) to Believe (2), and Baker and Martin were declared guilty of sexual assault and the distribution of child pornography. Then it was revealed in the episode Thunderstruck that they were both sentenced to two years in prison.
