Scott Paterson (born May 30, 1990 in Toronto, Ontario) appeared as Johnny DiMarco on Degrassi: The Next Generation from Seasons 6-10. Toronto born and raised actor, Scott Paterson joined the cast of Degrassi in the role of Johnny, full time in 2007 after appearing in two episodes during the previous season. At an early age, Scott got the "Acting Bug", and landed his first role in the kindergarten play Alice in Wonderland.
His repertoire includes performances in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern (playing the lead role), Les Miserable and Seuessical, The Musical playing the role of the proud and crazy General. Scott's professional credits include numerous commercials and he landed his first television acting role, playing alongside Ted Danson in the Fox/A&E's MOW, Knights of South Bronx.
