Steve Belford (b. October 13, 1980 in Milton, Ontario) is a Canadian actor who is best known for portraying Jesse Stefanovic on Degrassi: The Next Generation. He's best known for his roles on The Vampire Diaries, Radio Free Roscoe, and Paradise Falls.

Steve Belford spent time in Australia as an exchange student in high school and came to Toronto to pursue his acting dreams. Steve Belford later returned to Sydney and took an Advanced Acting course with the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Steve Belford studied acting with many of Toronto's best teachers while auditioning for various television and film projects. Steve Belford's big break came when he was cast as a series regular on "Radio Free Roscoe." Larger roles followed, on shows such as "Sue Thomas F.B. Eye," "Show Me Yours" and "72 Hours: True Crime."
