Tessa Campinelli was a bit player/extra on the High School years. She was often seen hanging out with Dorothy, Scooter and Bart. Throughout High School Tessa dated Alex, but secretly had a crush on Yick when Alex wouldn't take their relationship further. Her break came in the post Degrassi High movie Schools Out where she carries on a secretive relationship with Joey Jerimiah. Tessa will have sex with Joey unlike Caitlin Ryan, who Joey is also dating. Tessa ends up getting pregnant and having an abortion, although Joey is never informed of it.
