Tyler Bishop (born 1988) is a lifeguard from Wasaga Beach. Four years before his first appearance, Sean Cameron, a fellow peer, deafened him in one ear when they got into a fight. Sean later moved to Toronto. Tyler later saved Sean's life when Sean went back to Wasaga and almost drowned. He is a life guard at the beach. This was after Tyler had confronted Sean over killing Rick, as he was unaware that he was saving Emma's life. Many judged Sean for the incident with Tyler at Degrassi in the early years, but Emma understood.
