Chapter 5:

Characters: Bianca, Fitz, Owen, Adam

“Why don’t you like me back?” Bianca said. “It’s complicated…..” Fitz said. “What?” Owen mouthed to him and throwing his hands up at eye level. “Oh well, this is really embarrassing,” Bianca said walking away. After Bianca turned the corner, Owen came up to him. “What the fuck was that man?!” Owen said. “Well I like her but…” Fitz said. “But!” Owen said. “I’m a bad guy man, I just came from jail for my second time. She deserves better than me,” Fitz said. “Bro its Bee were talking about, she’s a trouble maker too,” Owen said raising his eyebrows. “Yea but she just has a record, I don’t need her hanging out with me too much and spending jail time like me,” Fitz said. “Well let’s hope she doesn’t cut herself again,” Owen said. “Dude just go to her and tell her how you feel, you guys are a perfect match,” Owen said smiling. “Alright dude, she’s probably at the Dot as always,” Fitz said walking away. Bianca was in the Dot, looking all depressed and took her spoon and kept mixing her coffee. Adam came walking in. “Um hey Bianca,” Adam said sitting down next to her. “Hi,” She replied back. “Listen don’t cut yourself anymore. Drew told me and I felt your pain. When I came to ball room dance class as a girl and you made fun of me I was dying inside and I took a match lighter and held it up to my clip than put it on my arm. It’s like cutting yourself but with more pain,” Adam said. “I’m…so sorry...for everything,” Bianca said giving half a smile. “Well it’s gonna take a lot more apologies than that but I think we can work something out,” Adam said smiling. Bianca laughed. Fitz walked in. “Hey Bee can we talk,” Fitz said. Adam walked away and Fitz sat down. “I’m sorry about before,” Fitz said. “Thanks,” Bianca said smiling. “I’m sorry too….,” Bianca started to say before Fitz interrupted her. “I’m sorry about before and now,” Fitz said. “What do you mean by now?” Bianca asked confusedly. “I’m sorry, I can’t hang out with you anymore,” Fitz said and got up and left quickly. Fitz and Bianca looked at each other in the window. Bee shook her head and pulled down the blinds. She crossed her arms and a tear came rolling down her face. Adam came over and gave her a hug. “I can’t believe I’m losing my best friend,” Bianca said crying. “Why are you losing him?” Adam asked. Bianca stared into her coffee. “I don’t know, but I’m for damn sure gonna find out why.” Bianca said in tears.
