Should they add a new plot of bullying?

Yeah guys, i know, they had a bullying plot with Rick. But he was bullied for a reason (not making it right to bully him or anything.) Let's face it, in real life, people can get bullied for no reason whatsoever. Do you guys think they should add a bullying plot again? Like get a new character and make them a bullied victom? I think that would be a smart idea. Leave your feelings on this below.
