Wasaga Beach

Wasaga Beach is the hometown of Sean from Degrassi: The Next Generation. It is only seen once during the series when Jay, Ellie, Sean, and Emma go there to visit Sean's family after the school shooting by Rick Murray in which Sean saved Emma but killing Rick in the process. They go to the beach where Sean sees the kid that he deafened and they clash but then when Sean, mad, almost drowns the kid saves him. Sean ends up staying at Wasaga Beach with his parents in the end after they convince him that they were scared after the shooting and they make up. Sean stays there for a while until returning to Degrassi to finish high school.
