Plot
Lucy is walking around in a clothing store, when she grabs a scarf and stuffs it in her purse. At school, Mr. Raditch tells Lucy that her marks have been slipping. In the library, everyone is watching a soap opera with Damon King, Stephanie's favorite actor. Lucy comes in and Voula tells her she'll help her study.
Lucy and Voula study at Lucy's house. Lucy says she's bored and gives Voula a makeover. Lucy talks about how her parents buy her everything and don't bug her because they're not around. Voula asks Lucy if she ever gets lonely and she says "I'm self-sufficient." Voula leaves, and Lucy's mom calls saying she'll be home late. Lucy grabs dinner from the fridge and starts crying.
Stephanie, Heather and Erica go to Damon King's book signing. Stephanie gets his autograph and a kiss on the cheek. Stephanie sees Damon left his phone number on her autograph. She calls him and they plan to go on a date. Heather doesn't think it's a good idea, but Stephanie doesn't care.
Lucy does well on her test, so she takes Voula shopping as thanks for helping her. Lucy steals a sweater and Voula says it isn't right. As they're leaving they get caught and are taken to the police station. Stephanie is on her date with Damon King. They stop in a parking lot and Damon tries to kiss her. Stephanie tells Damon that she's only 14 and he drives off.
At school, Voula is still mad at Lucy. Voula says her parents won't let her talk to Lucy anymore. Lucy says she has to go to court and take family counseling. Voula says she'll still help Lucy study.
